This wild weather lasts through mid-morning, with heavy rain for the commute and gusty winds. Though we will get breaks in the rain and wind mid-day into this afternoon, scattered thunderstorms will be triggering in the valley, bringing heavy localized rain, gusty winds, dangerous lightning and potential hail. Mountain showers linger through tomorrow morning as the tail of the storm moves out. That means we could see some light snow overnight to the higher elevations, but it won't be much and it won't stick as pass level.
