What is inflammation and why should you reduce inflammation? Inflammation can drive almost every chronic disease including heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, arthritis and osteoporosis. Inflammation can play a major role in fatigue, headaches, colds or other infections, gut dysbiosis, IBS, IBD, insomnia and sleep disturbances, brain fog, difficulty losing weight and especially stubborn belly fat. Inflammation is now even linked with depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.
