The ILLUSION of US Meritocracy

Meritocracy is a word that is used frequently in US media today, in light of Claudine Gay's unceremonial resignation from her position as president of Harvard University. In this video, I extrapolate on the whole principle/concept of meritocracy, as practiced in the Western society, particularly in the US.
