In this video, as I walk out of my bedroom at night, BNSF taps the horn when I walk into the next room (from the bathroom). Although a railhead, there is no freight moving or a single train running. (The volume may have to be raised all the way to hear it. I have no way to edit)What is seen here is a standard rather than a coincidence as shown in this collection of videos. It can only be executed with satellite surveillance inside the home. Used domestically apparently by the U.S. military franchised to local law enforcement - and all the more heinous with public access.
