Time to stop disguising pets as service animals

Store-bought service dog disguises have become a tool for able-bodied people who want -- not need -- their dogs to accompany them through everyday life. When these animals behave badly, it can have negative consequences for people with disabilities who really need a helping paw to get through the day.
