My Journey off of SNRI (Venlafaxine)

Can I conquer my mind or will I go insane in the process. I will be documenting my journey off of SNRI Venlafaxine. Objective. I am on the lowest dosage possible for an SNRI but can I take that one holistic step out of this artificial normal and be a better version of myself. Will I ever be able to feel normal again or will my withdrawals be so horrible that Ill be back on this cycle of pharmaceutical dependants.
