Standing in our own truth and autonomy is an aspect of our ‘self-worth’. How we perceive our experiences, others and ourselves along with our impressions of how others perceive us, can influence this …. but it is ultimately ours to manage! Our thoughts can empower or harm … both ourselves and others …. so let’s choose to ‘empower’ each other and enjoy ‘self-worth’.

Self-Worth

Wrongs righted.
Truth re-ignited.
Enemies unrequited.
Frenemies un-delighted!

Feelings – re-excited.
All small things – were incited.
By thoughts – unsighted.

By what perceived?
Why so deceived?
What was believed?
Dishonour revealed?
Honour relieved or unrelieved?

Heart, body, mind to be healed.
Spiritually remained sealed.
Mind your thoughts.
They damage and hurt.
Look instead to and value,
your own self-worth.
