Comparing the differences between intercooler for the 02-05 wrx & sti vs 06-07 WRX Hawkeye.
They can be swapped, but the Y-pipes cannot.
If you're looking at the y pipe kits listed 02-07, they will not fit the 06-07 intercooler.. Mishimoto makes one for 06-07 as seen here in red. pay attention the part # has in "INT6" in it.
