Poland Under Communism

This video illustrates the history of Poland under communism. It describes the Soviet communist dominance imposed after the end of World War II and what was known as the Polish People's Republic. In these years there was much industrialization and urbanization and many improvements in the standards of living in Poland but there was also a lot of unrest and hardship.
