Phil Wilson talks with David Jubb about Autism and Far Infrared Energy

David Jubb, PHD, is the author of Jubbs Cell Rejuvenation: Colloidal Biology: A Symbiosis. In this video Phil Wilson, President of Relax Saunas and David discuss David's theory on Autism, far infrared energy, the Sun and how animals use far infrared energy.

Phil - Hello, David.
David - Good to be with you, Phil, very great to be connecting to people that might be listening to this.
Phil - Yeah, we wanted to talk about Autism and we really want to talk about what causes Autism compared to what the holistic petitioners believe and compared to what the pharmaceutical company. And then we want to talk about why far infrared energy and why the Relax Sauna in particular, how that affects the ability for people to get a whole lot better who have Autism and sometimes dissipate it. OK, I'm ready.
David - OK. Well, what causes autism? Autism really is a Mirror Motor Neuron which might be the first time you've heard that perhaps.
Phil - It is. It is.
David - A Mirror Motor Neuron is just up behind the optic area in your brain. And all in this area you have a blood brain barrier when you're born. That blood brain barrier is not complete for boys but it is way more complete for girls. So when we talk about autism we could say 90% of those autistic children tend to be boys. 10% of them are girls. First we could say that nature doesn't just select things like that so you could know this is not a natural condition at all. It's an unnatural condition. Yes, it is.
Phil -Yes. That makes sense. Yes.
David - And that we say that certain degrees of perhaps genetic information could cause certain things. But it is unquestionable that when you look at the brain, which I have and looked at the cells of the brain in various areas of the brain, it is stark, startling that boy's brains first, because up to the age of 18 months, their blood brain barrier isn't particularly in the brain much. And so the blood brain barrier, what's just above the blood brain area is the Mirror Motor Neuron in other areas as well which is just underneath the brain.
Phil -Underneath the brain? Underneath it?
David - Yeah, because the brain’s got to be fed with blood from the…
Phil -Ok. Right.
David -…all around the brain itself, before it gets into the brain, it passes this blood brain barrier and it's got albumin which protects this.
Phil -Is that where the blood brain barrier is, underneath the brain?
David - Yes, it is.
Phil -Because to me, blood brain barrier never really meant anything.
David - It surrounds the brain as well, because anything has to pass through that albumin barrier.
Phil -Oh, is that like when you have a chicken, there's that little film, the fascia. Is the fascia what you're talking about, the thin fiber that separates the muscle from the skin?
David - You're talking about a platelet and that platelet getting into where vessels are and closing all of those vessels down keeping them relative to be in a barrier. And only one particle out of 120 is small enough to have passed through that barrier. So it's only the very smallest particle that can pass through this blood brain barrier. That blood brain barrier is supposed to protect the brain. And where it's not protecting the brain, it doesn't exist. But no toxin exists either because because someone's natural, because they're not consuming any toxins.

Where a diet is full of methionine in excess and phosphate, which the modern diet is loaded with those things, people's autism, and anybody’s, could be physically. We're not designed to have a high methionine diet. Nor are we designed to have any high phosphate. Phosphate causes stone formation, and methionine causes spiking of the proteins in our body. But when the blood brain barrier is bridged because, in utero, mom ate spaghetti. She ate lots of condensed sediment food. She never ate 26 grams of fiber. Everything she ate with excessive sediments and she ate lots and lots of pigment, let’s say, because she was thinking. “Salads are the thing for me.” And she was eating massive amounts of salads. And so excessive amounts of pigment and beans which have excessive amounts of methionine and are high in phosphate.

So these things will all form stones in the body, create inflammation in the gut. And in utero, the blood brain barrier is unprotected because Mama has a certain amount of albumin and that albumin is protecting her and her baby in utero as well.

So when we're born, we're born with a certain amount of Mirror Motor Neurons or you can get something like that from glutamate molecules and certain molecules in things that Mama ate when we were in utero. When we're born, this blood brain barrier protects the body from all those new toxins as supposed to. But when it doesn't, boy's brains start to become affected. So now let's talk about that, and girl’s brains too, and in boys, testosterone causes the brain of a boy to continuously to develop up until about 19 months of age. Where females are born, they are born more where their brain is intact.

His pre-remedial Motor Neuron, the reason the motor neuron is large in the brainstem up into the cortex, and do that until about 19 months of age for a boy, his brain becomes specialized more. Where her brain has more of them of that size. But what we’re just saying is that something that was natural is, all of a sudden stopped at a border. See, something stops at the border. See there's something weird about that, not natural. See?

Phil - Uh huh.

David - So it's not natural. It's obvious. It's not natural. What is it? New toxins, massive amounts of new toxins and those are things that could be coming in in a variety of ways and not just in only one way. And so in a variety of ways and, at some levels, it could be quite drastic. OK.

So the blood brain barrier protects the Mirror Motor Neuron. What does the Mirror Motor Neuron do? It causes you to be able to see things, hear things and sense things from the outside to be able to do those things yourself.

Phil - So it, like internally, gets you into the present moment.

David - And it allows you to be able to repeat something that you saw and be able to do that yourself. It allows you to be able to hear sound and be able to repeat the sound to be able to make the sound.

Phil - OK, I understand that. Yes.

David - Ok, without the Mirror Motor Neuron you'll not have this.

Phil - And almost all of us are born with that.

David - All autism is degrees of what this is. Let's move into a very soft world where adults can have autistic behavior in moments and causes and things, and people are stressed so they can be seen to have autistic behavior. But it is not autistic. Autism is something like that where behavior is prolonged and it doesn't ever come out of itself and that's what autism is.

So, there's degrees of this, isn't it? Asperger's is where they're really not too good with people. So, what happens with a child, let's say, isn't able to see a face. Right up to the age of about 19 months we can see pretty good. After the first nine months or so, you can start to see about 3 or 4 feet away. So what would be the reason why for so long outside would be so good but only be very close by. It’s because the expressions on the face, on your mom and your dad's face, are the very first things that you’ve picked up are expressions.

Phil - Right. Yes.
David - And all the facial muscles all involved in an etiological condition from the past, from you capitulivly, from gills and things that would puff up and give you the capacity to organize yourself internally. And muscles and things that were related to that, are controlling the orifices on that face today. And so those muscles do the same thing, as a matter of fact, and what activates these behaviors. So behavior causes behavior motor transmitters and behavior is involved in anything that goes on. Only a behavior would cause things to be released. Only a behavior would cause high levels of calcium to pool and which never stops after that. Only behavior can cause to be seen that people can be good in the world and people both can be bad.
So a behavior could cause somebody to have strategy and not have to do anything to manage much. Or we can see somebody, behavior-wise, have to have a lot of strain to manage what that is. It’s not a proper world to have grown up in. It would be better that somebody sees like, knew that, the world is proper place.
But emotion and where we are, children and those who have more degrees of autism can truly be reached spiritually. Someone who is spiritual, they can reach someone, connect with them and actually draw them out of an autistic state.
Phil - Yes. Right. Exactly. I've always, that's my modus operandi. It can't be any other way.
David - Their blood tends to be quite disastrous among all autistic and also more brain dysfunction, Asperger’s, where someone has social challenges and they're not very social.
All of these people generally also do have blood conditions which autism especially, their blood can be just very trashy, as a matter of fact. Because of their eating and things that need to be, over time, adjusted. And you want to know how to do this behavior wise.
But the water of our body always has to have a certain dyne level and certain things that we do, certain things like far infrared, sunlight, exercise, being in a train of fire dying for a walk on a sunny day, laying down at the beach, being in the sand and sunbathing, they should naturally be in the midst of the day. If you were a particular domestic animal, you notice that the cattle have a pattern and what's that? They go and they lay in the sun. So, they lay in the sun and go and feel how hot they are. Whoa! They're just about like toast.
Phil - Yeah!
David - And so, something outside of ourselves that the animals all do, birds do this and cows and hawks, now this puts up a medication where an elephant will pick up play and throw it on the other elephant’s head, you know, and rub it in. It is actually doing it because it knows and the other elephant knows what it needs. Something that he has will heal up a condition that it has. So, this is something that happens.
Phil - You mean from being sunburned?
David - Yeah, so now our water of our body, the emotional works of our body, our thinking does too, one of the things which can affect this part-ways is far infrared sauna which has a great effect on the body and all things that soften the water of the body. So, imagine that you just drank water from the tap. For instance, one could feel what this is and suddenly you could feel what the difference is between water becoming softened.
Now, when water becomes softened, this is what's going on when you have a sauna. When you have a sauna, you are softening the water. Now why would that be important for someone who has autism? It's extremely important because every person has such a marked effect. And parents that I know that have the sauna and do this three times a week, leaves all these children over the course of a month improved radically.
Now those kids that got into it, they so loved it, they wanted to get into the routine of it, that they could feel the benefit of it. And guess what else happened? They start to become more aware of everything else that might help. Before that point of it, they weren't even thinking about their health much themselves. And suddenly, here's something that you do if you want to get health. And your blood can be cleaned and why shouldn't it be clean like an athlete?
Let's say if you want to be fit. So, lots of you want to be fit. And people who are not well, they want to be well. Let's say everyone. You don't have to be sick you get a benefit from doing this. But if you are sick, damn it, going to get a massive benefit. Why? Because when you are well, the water of your body has a dyne level of 55.69 dyne. It really is a specific level of measurement of the surface tension of the blood.
And so, when you feel water, you must feel it. Picture in your mind, you can feel it. If you feel tap water you feel, “Well, that’s one kind of wetting so much. It will ball up, roll off, you know, it doesn't do anything too much.” But imagine the water is being softened. You can imagine this when you feel it. You’ll feel suddenly that something is softened incredibly. It improves the value of something. Because you consume and now you've got something which is incredible. Why? Because it is the most powerful surfactant on the earth that you're creating in your body when you do far infrared, and certain things that you could do which will assist softening due to the surface tension of the blood.
Now what does that affect? Far infrared does this incredible, and of course the highest form of far infrared is radiant wet stain. Now most people, let’s get in and do hot rocks, you know you got to get black and white speckled rock. You've got to heat those rocks up. You've got to get the water to come off. You've got them to glow and these sorts of things, a lot of things like that.
But if you can just switch on something, you're going to get the same minerals. Yes. And you're going have that radiation. You don't have to have extra wet, extra stuff. You will just sweat. You won't have extra stuff. You do it. It's just something can be easy like a switch.
So, these things can be portable and excellent, easily can be set up somewhere and they have such a marked effect. And studies show, there are several studies and one study I did, I worked with autistic children I ran in my development clinic four years at NYU, New York University. I taught doctorate and master students in Psycho-Motor development. And I went out and I got 30 odd autistic children and, you know, for half a year. And so, I did that for four years.
During that period of time I, really as a neurologist it was for me to work for a whole community. And I put programs together that could teach others what could they do to help people and give them programs and things to do so they could bring them out and actually help develop them, you see. So really, I am saying, most of these people really develop a lot, massivly being functional. Yes
So, wanting to be functional, why not get something just for this? Is there not anything they even think about this? That's why, you guess what. It has a marked effect. Now anything that has a marked effect, like where healing occurs, what happens? The surface tension of your blood reduces. Your blood becomes unstuck.
Phil – Yeah.
David - So, when you are forced to guard against cortisol, so stress doesn't exist as much, you've got things that you did that softened the water of your body. You start breathing through your nose, through sleep, automatic. And it's such a marked effect. It's incredible. You see because you must heal. There are things that cause you to heal and triggering this, you see.
Doing this straight away, someone could feel it. Suddenly they could feel it. You see, and when you think your blood is thick, no! What's the reason why suddenly things like about mother's milk and the effect of being with mother which is far infrared and substances and things which you are bringing in, assist you fully? Because your own body has proper surfactant when you are little.
Phil - So when you're breastfeeding, you’re getting the far infrared energy from the mom.
You're getting far infrared and you're getting substances from the breast which is softening your blood. This is the primary role that we are when we are with our mother.
Phil - So one of the reasons why breastfeeding is so good is because the far infrared energy is included in it. You can't get that otherwise.
Because the act of a bottle doesn't have that and because the milk has surfactant in it, so you've got far infrared and you've got surfactant. And it's these two things combined that are the most primary things that’s in milk and in the fact of mother versus the use of a bottle. So, you want to just give a bottle and not give the surfactants? Yes, and that's how food is, isn't it?
Phil – Yeah.
But we grow up in a world which was meant for nature to have far infrared. Now your clothing, your bedding and the things around us, our environment is supposed to have substances which reflect and IS far infrared that reads the bacteria. So, are we thinking about this today? No. We must understand this a little more. You know because there's the radiation in the residence there which interferes with what we have in our blood.
Phil – So, the cotton comes from the sun. The wool comes from the sun. Both those natural fibers. Those, if you make clothes in that, that's going to be much healthier than if you make it out of oil, of polyester.
David - Polyester, acrylic.
The carbon molecules that are in nature are miraculous.
Phil - Yes.
David - And by weaving carbon molecule into fabric and things that’s like this, you can cause certain things to have miraculous far infrared property, like a blanket that's quite thin and it will keep you warm because it reflects your far infrared back to yourself. You see?
Phil - Right.
David - So, things I've always done in my life. I've seen, since 1978, what works with children and people, is how important it is for their blood to be correct. Now most people are not thinking about this. But if you've got a habit to correct this, and the things that you do, and there are things that you can do, of course, to soften the blood far infrared is something else you can add to this. Is to make this worthwhile. If you think about this, you're thinking blood and health. And there are things you can do to thin the blood.
Now you will notice that most of these autistic children, histidyl and histo-tidyl, you can look up the meaning of that and see that’s excessive or not enough saliva. And so some kids may not have so much saliva, they don't really have enough. So when you do various things, milk of course has surfactants in it, but where do we get any surfactant today? It's supposed to be made in your intestine. And now, for how long might it be where that it might be made? It could be made while you're in a sauna for the time you would be in there. What will happen where your blood is? Your blood has to be thin and bring down the surface tension. What happens with that? You will have a massive surface exchange even more so. You see?
Phil - Yeah.
David - So, we have to remember, mineralize. And these sorts of things work more as children must maintain their minerals. So, those are things which, where in hydration also, because you are adding something in. But it's so important. Why? Because you develop sickness, and you are able to detox. So I would if I were a parent be learning about detoxing my child.
Phil - Yes.
David - Or if I were autistic, with Asperger like symptoms, it's possible for me to clear this up by focusing on the very things I alluded to which has caused so much blood to be softened. And anything that I do relates more to what this is.
Phil - So softening the blood is like key Ki.
David - Everything that no matter what the effect is, it's going to soften the blood. Stress is going to do the opposite. Stress will prevent the blood minerals from actually flowing.
Phil – Right. Yeah. Right. Right. Sure.
David - It can stop your blood. Stress. Because cortisol can do this of itself. Your motion will shut down. The reason is such as happiness, a warm fire, a candle, far infrared from a sauna; these are things which are treatments. You see? Yes?
Phil - Uh huh.
David - Why not have a salt lamp? Because you can have a warmth fullness with your eye. It improves the ambience of your home.
Phil - So how often should an autistic kid go into the sauna. Is it 5 minutes, 10, 15, 20. Can they stretch to 5 or 6…?
David - When new to saunas it's nice if you get them a little warmed up a bit because they’ll take a little bit more to it, pick up warmth. Put on the button there, just sit there and breathe first for15 minutes and get to be worked up to be in there for 15 minutes. And, you know, it's a fun thing to get them to feel like it feels good, get zipped up and get their head out and this sort of thing. But you're working towards what you do.
Like an adult works to go past a half an hour, “You better go to fitness. You better go to fitness. Now you've got to go past half an hour and have a good benefit.”
Now with the children though, pretty much it is they might feel good after 20 minutes or more for even longer. They will be able to easy love it with they can do in the time frame that you or I or anyone else could do
Phil - So young kids, 5 or 10 years old, they can go in and have a 20-minute sweat?
David - Absolutely. Absolutely. I've done this all my life. I’ve done sweat lodges, 4 every month. That's right.
Phil - So you know a little bit about sweating...
David - Absolutely
Phil - … in saunas.
David - That's what I did, right. And I did the smudging ceremonies.
Phil – Right
David - And stayed in the heat.
Phil - And the purpose of that is healing and cleansing.
David - Absolutely. And you never leave it out. What's wrong when I was at the clinic, I put people down at the bathhouse without giving them a treatment in the sauna.
Phil - Without having, way back in those days, before far infrared saunas existed, you were doing this then.
David - They had ways to do this. Ladies in Europe had sweat lodges and we had sweat lodges here. So, it is time-worn.
Phil - What were the benefits of the sweat lodges?
David - All things show that you have serotonin afterwards. A nice amount of serotonin. That helps with autistic children. That helps people who have certain ways of Asperger's and things. Yes. And so, we are having a program of things that you can do to bring in a little lion’s mane to help regrow brain cells, looking at the diet and helping to correct those sorts of things by small ways to relate to this. I've seen children have great success. And every single thing that you do and no matter what, it has its effect. It softens. It brings the surface tension down in the blood. And everything that's about wellness causes a greater square and a greater surface area for the carrying of nutrients, a square of nutrient.

The opposite of this is, that's all you get to start things to close up. It's not carrying like what it should. You see?
Phil - Uh huh.
David - Not at all, in fact. It's like trying to be busy. And they work it. And people come to the platform and it's perfect.
It never gets so filled up enough because, technically speaking, what would happen if clients didn’t come to the platform? See? That’s disease.
Phil – Yep.
David - When you've got enough albumin in the body, the trains coming in and out so…
Phil - So it's the albumin.
David - Yes, it is.
Phil - So, it's the lack of albumin. I didn't realize that the blood brain barrier is actually a substance.
David - Yes, it is.
Phil - I thought it was a computer program.
David - Ah, yes. So the things which soften your blood causes your blood to be more thin, reduces surface tension of the blood, reducing the osmotic pressure of the blood produces albumin. You see?
Phil - Yeah.
David - And now when you’ve got a nice amount of albumin, you have a long life. Plus, you have a greater ability to recover from things.
Phil - Yeah.
David - Some people don't have much ability to recover. Some people have fantastic abilities, it's amazing anything doesn't affect them. And others can get bowled over by stuff. So, see when you look inside, you'll see something very startling. You will see, oh my God, you’ll see where somebody is healthy and fit, their blood flows and it’s very discreet and relatively thin.
Phil - Yeah.
David - And when people overage or their body’s not so well, autism and all kinds of male baby disfunction, people don't often eat very well. They are not looking after themselves as well in those realms. And because it is their blood tends to also be really the worst. Now, I think the worst blood that I see is autistic kid’s blood. And minimal brain dysfunction for adults as well. These people could most often think they are being fed …
Phil - You can see it in the blood.
David - Oh my God. I mean people are thinking of something but they're not looking at the present physiological disease process of diseases.
Phil - Right.
David - You've got to, right, clean the blood up, you know! You think that's going to help some? And so …
Phil - How do you clean out the blood?
David - Well, you're starting to think more like far infrared. You're starting to think more like which things are going to soften and bring surface tension down on your blood. You're going to be thinking more in terms of what you're bringing in as daily oxygen that's assisting to help break these down. And when you've got life, you have oxidative metabolism occurring in autism and in a healthy body anywhere. But when you have a lot of fermentation going on, when you've got substances that are being chewed which isn't correct. It's going to impact the autistic kids and minimal brain dysfunction a lot more. They're not as aware of it.
Phil - Eating a really clean diet, which has a different meaning to everyone, you know, how would you define the kind of diet?
David - You'll have to look into it, but it's plant based because we don't really have the capacity to break down any glycol meal in the gastric. But that's really detrimental, to block, to stop conditions being healed up right, proper. And it's hardly being broken down at all and when it doe, toxins fall out. And it's one of the primary causes of cancer. These pleomorphic…
Phil - Which ones? The molecules?
David - Glyco-neuraminic acid which is found in all animal, insect and flesh and birds. In their bodies, it is a surfactant. But we don't need to be able to break that down when we can chew those animals, well, insects or birds. We have no pervasive effect. It's very toxic. It's called the “molecule of death”. It's cause of those substances that cause neuroplastic conditions in cells. It's always inside the nucleus. It causes massive events of nuclei inside the cell and the same in glycol-neuromenecis. See?
Phil - So how do we get rid of that?
David - Ah well, let's be kind. People should be able to move more towards a plant-based diet. You know you'll be eating far less protein. When we eat animal stuff, we are just eating a lot more protein. But suddenly when we become more plant based you notice, “Well I'm eating less protein.” And that's such a good thing for you because all hospital beds are filled with the effects of proteins and fats. You see. Because they are clogging there.
When you're on a program where you'll do things, you'll soften your blood and you will keep your focus on saliva being relatively thin. Yes?
Phil - Yeah.
David - So, far infrared sauna is completely outrageous to assist to help recover a person’s hydrological software in their body and in parenting or anybody observing it, you want to make sure that what you do with this is you are maintaining your minerals. And what I found is that if you add things in which even if they could not do anything except focus on the things which cause blood itself to be more hygienic. So, eating less, not feeding all through the day helps these children greatly.
I've noticed that we have to have clean earth, clean water, clean air then clean fire. And what I'm talking about, clean fire, the cleanest and cleansingist and most healthiest part of the spectrum, visible and invisible light. would be far infrared energy because it's the same frequency as human energy and water energy.
David - Yeah. Plasma which influences water to be softened is like you were saying. And emotion of course does that. Emotion passes itself on so and what's structured is a friendly emotion in that what's harmonious is clear. So, these things all have exactly the same similar method. So, someone who does these things causes their blood to be more softened. They've got to be more friendly and more social.
Phil - They'll be softer.
David - Yeah, they'll be more relaxed. They’ll be more alert, awake, feel better, need less for maintaining those things because like starting to sweat. OK. So now, it may be, you'll need some sun-dried, cleanly evaporated ocean salt, not any other type of mineral much. And then I think about things which you could look into which could assist to cause the water of the blood to be reduced surface tension and all the things that do this.
Phil - Yeah.
David - So other things that do this is not eating all through the day. Make sure you breathe through the nose in sleep, you see. It’s going to soften your blood, not losing all of your radiation, by thinking in terms of where are you. And have you got some natural material around you? And when you're sleeping? And of course, the far infrared is a way for people to be able to have an effect. It's quite remarkable, of itself. And a great experience doesn't take much to do. It's like if I have a shower every day, it's like same thing.
Phil - You've been using the Relax Sauna for a while.
David - I have nonstop always ever encouraged it can be done as much as I can myself. Where I can, so for instance, if I had the choice where I could, I would always be somewhere where I actually could do something like this every day, I would choose to go to places like this. And so, where one is, you do what you can.
And there's degrees of things that can be done that can affect some. But why not have a sustained effect? Why not keep your blood more in a softened realm by certainly breathing through your nose when you sleep. Think about what children or people could tune into. It doesn't work too good for you to have proteins, fats and all sorts of stuff like these in the morning. And there is no rest for the wicked.
But these are things which can go beyond. But incorporate everything which is around health. Get something that relates to your health. It starts to make you think it may be worth an an effort, your purpose in focusing around around your health
Phil - When I go to the autism conferences, I see many kids or I talk to many parents who have kids, five, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, all the way up to, you know, 18. And people are concerned. They don't want to put the kid in for 15 minutes. You don't want the kid to begin to get too hot. You want the kid to be comfortable so how would you describe a protocol that’s based on age?
David - Oh, Wonderful. Like you said, parenting, and teaching a parent how to do things so it's a comfort. And so, not to have in programming, that's really unnecessary. There's no single thing that the child or someone has. They're going to feel for themselves. Yeah, and have their experience. And let them be and not make up anything about this. It is very important that like they'll feel a pleasant experience. And the way it is that many people like to have a pleasant experience and have a benefit. How you feel. The membrane is when you come out and start looking around.
Phil - Yeah. Right. Right. Yeah.
David - Think about the membrane and all this and all that it teaches. This is a benefit that you feel solidly.
Phil - It gets us tuned in to expect to feel good, to expect to feel normally loved.
David - One of the things, breathe through the nose and be more relaxed, is about how their language is slightly more sing-song, too. And that's going to fit with the kids more.
Phil - Right. Right.
David - See? Yeah.
Phil - So, what about the sing-song that you claim to talk?
David - That gets through to the right brain.
Phil - Because it's a wave, it's a…
David - You've got three types of…
Phil - So, the autistic kids can hear it better because that's sort like the way you talk to them.
David - It is because the right hemisphere is more engaged and involved when you talk more sing-song.
Phil - So how would, how does the far infrared energy or the sauna, how does that help with the motor neuron nerve you were talking about? Like how does that change it?
David - You and I have a readiness potential. 6 seconds before you send a nerve potential down the nerve, a readiness potential was set already. And it prepared the nerve to receive that volitional condition. So, we can tell, before your conscious itself, you made a decision, that a decision was made alredy. There’s areas in the brain that engage as you come up with something, “so, I could escape from something.” because you are so slow.
Phil - Yes.
David - In 1000 to 100th of a second, you get a reflex. Coming in slow, and you could see it coming in forever.
Phil - So, the fly is there and it knows when you swat at it.
David - Fast and quick.
Phil - Yeah.
David - Where, when our blood is more thin and flowing, our reflex is far more accurate. And flow in the nerve only can function properly, when it’s that you've got this Y-shaped water you see when you've softened the blood. It's being the increasing of more of this Y-shaped water. It's water that's in between everything. It's Y-shaped water.
Phil - Y-shaped water.
David - Yes, A Y-molecule. You have different types of molecules. A molecule that's an X-molecule is a water molecule that can only fit in a body. A Y-molecule is what you want, what we want. Why? Because that activates all enzymes. And that connects anything on the outside to the inside. And that is the central shape. It's hexagonal. So, what happens when you do things that soften the blood? It structures it, turns it into a more hexagonal shaped of a lattice of itself.
Phil - So, now what's the difference between structuring the blood and softening the blood?
David -Same thing.
Phil - It's the same thing.
David -Yes. You know, when the blood is not structured it will be hard, as won't wet anything. When the water is structured now suddenly it wants to wet everything, so now anything that we do to cause our body’s more fluid to flow through the 5 rivers, Phil.
And for autism, the same as anybody, the greatest river is the digestive tract and second to this is the lymph, the third river is the cardiovascular system as well, so you can get the lymph flow, now you’re going to get circulation. So, by increasing flow, it's increasing circulation. You're bringing blood more out into the periphery and into yourself. And these are things which have a marked effect of itself. And everyone will tell you, no matter what, doctors will tell you it will have a benefit, as a result of adding things like this into you being primary.
Phil - In the past, lying out in the sun was like, “Oh my God.”
David – It was a joy to soak up a bit of sun as dogs, cats and animals find the time to do, which is what they do during the day isn’t it? They go after that moment during the day. It is essential. Yes. And they go after that moment. It's primary that it's going to happen.
Phil - I've been using my sauna for 20 years almost every morning now.
David - Yeah, how amazing. I've been in environments where if I could, I would sit in these things. I would do it, what you can do when you do it this way. I think there was a day when I hardly didn't do it sustained just about. Every morning when I didn't have to rush about and with the people around me didn't hardly have to be there in the morning, because it was sauna time, I would get up around 6:30 and be there about 7:00 in the morning or a little after. Yeah, I mean at the end of the day, it helps you live a longer life. And the days when I'm on the road and no longer have no personal space, but the things which someone can do to make it work is to find time and moments in their life to cleanse, and to do hydrotherapy and to do things like this, it's remarkable.
Phil - People with autism, and it is for everyone…
David - Right, my life, because I've done this is as, “how do you add another day to your life?” I think it makes sense to add another day to your life/
Phil - There are studies in Finland saying that it does, absolutely. And that's just a Finnish sauna, let alone the far infrared sauna.
David - Yeah, well these Finnish saunas are in a matter of similars and are made out like of wooden cedar and stuff. Cedar oil is radiant. It's incredible material. In the future we'll talk more about what things are made of. Materials can absolutely reflect more in this way. It just reflects it out.
Phil - What kind of material?
David - Certain materials can make, which can reflect far infrared, whereas most material doesn't. It just radiates it out.
Phil - We radiate out far infrared ray.
David - Yes we do, if we live a longer life with someone is there with you, because you radiate into each other somewhat. There are things like this where we live a longer life. And what does it do ultimately? It softens your blood.
Phil - And how does it affect the water molecule?
David - What that does, it structures the molecule more. You've got flora. You’ve got oxygen and you've got two hydrogen atoms and those hydrogen atoms are going at 10 to the -11 per second. And they are crossing over, to play on itself and coming back up again, over and over and over again, stretch out. It's like this water is at taboo speed. When water becomes structured, it becomes structured at that angle. It becomes lower and lower so now it's switching. Wow. It's like it stretches out, switching so fast it's waving, as a matter of fact
Phil - Is that what resonating means?’
David - Now, water suddenly becomes more dense. Water becomes…
Phil - it becomes heavier.
David - Yes!
Phil - So, what does that do more than anything?
David - It's a small pack because it's more structured, you see.
Phil - So, it's heavier.
David - It has completely different qualities. Remember the switching energy. It's smaller and it has more structure when it's smaller and it wets. Absolutely, when we get sunlight, when we do saunas, we can do anything that actually assists more cells like this. Far infrared would be more ideal because it softens the water of the blood. It adds to anything else that does that. See? We have to maintain this way. So, when someone is sweating, and starting to detoxify oneself. Good. So now put some minerals in a little bit extra to bring some more water in.
Phil - To absorb the minerals better.
David - Absolutely. Have some more minerals. Think about more minerals because it can deplete more minerals, you see.
Phil - So, the far infrared ray energy is absorbed by the water, so therefore the water says, “Wow. this is fun.”
David - It softens the water.
Phil - Yeah.
David - It structures it.
Phil - Yeah.
David - Once someone has the experience of it they don't want to go back. They always want to have structured water. They always want to have something that will structure it in this way. Structure for life is more structured for this.
Phil - So, how do you know the far infrared structures the water.
David - Well, everything has spin on it first and it's not hard to see why water has two properties. Water can either be cationic or anionic. Water can either be spinning down and out to the right or in and up to the left. And so you have one of which is levity only in that it's so dark. And you can give it what this is. So, with these two properties, cationic and anionic, anionic is what you can do more internally. Cationic is more of a substance you do outside.
David - And what are we talking about, we are talking about a tiny little molecule that's there in the water and that molecule is acting as a crystal, crystallizing, causing a structure of these. When far infrared is acting on these molecules and structuring them, the water over time is coming to be more structured. So, at the end of the acting of the sweat, having done your thing, why do people feel so good afterward?
Phil - Why is that?
David - Because the water has been softened and it's penetrated more, circulation is improved everywhere. You're going to have that benefit sometime afterward.
Phil - Yes, right,
David - Not just then, you're going to have it afterward.
Phil - So, how would the scientist express the benefit of the body to do the far infrared sauna’s far infrared energy?
David - Well, the quality-of-life index shows that perfectly.
Phil - Yeah.
David - People's quality of life before. People's quality of life afterward. Absolutely. You will see it.
Phil - That's right.
David - It's statistical.
Phil - It’s a quality we’re all about. Yeah.
David - There are tests that can show that but also a test that shows what are you doing to soften the water of your blood. This can be hard for someone to compose better in fact because everything that's going to have a healing effect can have an effect this way. It has to. And something's going to do it much more rapidly and cause you to be able to do pre-tox, meaning your body is more fortified to manage toxins.
Phil - It’s what again?
David - More fortified to manage toxins.
Phil - Right. To manage toxins. Exactly. Right.
David - So, it won't affect you the same way.
Phil - Right. You are strong. You've got all the nutrients you’ve needed to build your body strong. Therefore toxins, they bounce off.
David - Exactly. Yeah. So anyway, why not do something which is really extraordinary? I think what we've been doing is talking a little bit about how various things, no matter what it is, is going to have an effect on something more, on the water of your blood. Far infrared does this.
Phil - If you're going to have, like an autism kid, and then do all this protocol and then the same kid later, or a similar kid do the same protocol the other kid does, but also do far infrared ray saunas, what would the difference be in their behaviors, in their happiness and everything else, the quality of their life?
David - Well, the healthy person's blood is going to have more serotonin. They are going to have less disease. They're going to start not age as much. They're going to feel more relaxed and comfortable because then they can turn their mind off more. (53:49)
Phil - So, you're saying far infrared energy creates serotonin in the body.
David - By sitting and by having effects like this it softens the water of your body and assists to cause the flow of things versus stagnation
Phil - Right. Yeah. Stagnation is not my friend.
David - Yeah, Exactly. It's quite the opposite, isn't it? It creates circulation. You're going to heal when you create circulation.
Phil - Right. Right. Exactly. Yeah.
David - Something that's going to create that circulation…
Phil - It's like there's inertia and there's momentum. Inertia is stagnation. Momentum…
David - Inertia is stagnation, yeah. So, when you do, you're doing things, you start to have a habit a little more like this. And when children are, they're going to develop habits more as adults, because they’ve got familiar with this which continues to avail like this. As they're younger, they will continue to go on later in life. So, as to go on creating habits, it’s going to be beneficial to go on the rest of their life in fact. So, they will have a lot more gain.
Phil - That's an important tool that they need to learn is for living life in harmony. And of course, there are nutrients they can give them, protocols and then you have the far infrared saunas. And how important is it? I mean like is it insane for an autism kid not to use the far infrared sauna?
David – Yeah, because t's like it's the difference between blood which is flowing or blood that's not. And see Vitamin L is the primary substance that's impacted the most when anybody heals himself up. Far infrared has its effect because it does soften more in the body. Because it penetrates, it causes the body to open up circulation a lot more. It is primary because it softens the water molecule.
Phil - How does it soften the molecule?
David - It softens it because it’s got resonance that fits exact, because it’s got 26 elements in the periodic chart which are primarily what’s in the soil. And when you let far infrared heat, you’re doing things that tend to make sure that the part that you have the heat to come through, that will come placating an offer, a certain property, of flesh neuron things. That's where this idea comes from. And it's actually causing the heat to be more coming off something which is the radiation of all these things which are elements of the periodic chart. And those are making the other elements.

Phil - So, the water has a vibration rate. And your body has a vibration rate. How would you describe pictorially, the vibration rate and how you would describe the symbiotic harmonious relationship between far infrared energy being emitted like from a radiator and to the body's response, the water in the body's response to that, what's called the loving energy? How would you describe the far infrared energy compared to non-far-infrared energy?

David - Cupping, cradling, holding, certain types of states, are structured like in a more organic shape, this is square wise. So, a lot of things that people are doing is just more square wide out. Why not you think about making it more natural, as it could when it comes from a natural material. That's the difference.

Phil - And sunlight is pretty natural.

David - Far infrared energy tends to be more natural. You're going to want do something which is more in the realm of…

Phil - So, to kids with autism or adults or anyone, what you're saying is that the far infrared energy is probably more important to them than the average individual because they crave it.

David - Yes. Absolutely. Why? Because their blood tends to be more in need of being clean and cleaned up. And you'll notice that lots of behaviorally issues clear up as well when the blood’s clean.

Phil - And how do you clean the blood?

David - By watching what someone's eating first and trying this, and by cleansing.

Phil - Cleansing.

David - Yes, by being involved in what we've been talking about, we’re seeing things that somebody can do. All of it though, is things that they can do, which is softening the blood. So, things that you would recommend for them to do, might be people looking into eating habits and things that's like that. These are things that we know, sleep is also, not to over breathe when you are up during the day, but be more conscious of this sort of thing, giving a rest to your intestine as many people don’t. Natural things to be used to life hydrate, of course, are some of the things I've found which also have miraculous surface tension, in that arranging things to soften more itself and then structure it.

Phil - So, what we can do is. we can have another session on what, I mean you showed me the other day and I've seen even more that you give about 22 incredible formulas of stuff you've created, not through the scientific but through perception of what the energy, you can see what the energy does. You can see how it affects and you've got the most exotic ingredients that I've ever heard of in my life.

David - Well, I've seen things three dimensionally most people haven't. What I'm doing pretty intently, I look through lenses and see paramagnetic energy. Most people don't know what magnicity is. There are things you can do with the elements. You have diamagnetic, paramagnetic, you can see energy and people can have a perception. I make filters where I can see right through molecules and see around them and see 3 dimensionally. These are all things which can come to be more used in the future.

But for me, I've seen things on the level of an atom, and shapes are what most people haven't had the privileges to see.

Phil - Right. Exactly. So, when you can see this stuff…

David -…suddenly lives on. Life exists. Things are not fixed. Elements on the periodic chart aren’t fixed at all. I know and I teach about life colloid transmutation now, where one element is transmutated into another. Parents and people with disease should know our body produces 26 grams of protein as an adult man basically. You know?

Phil - You were talking about…

David - In the intestinal flora, I think there is much to learn, much to help a child and someone who's interested help to developing a program. Because it's interesting for someone and to get to swap around a little bit, which has a basic of cleansing and sweating.

Phil - That's great.

David - Yeah.
