Info from Licensor: "My name is Ashley Macleod. This is an extremely gut tugging moment that happened to be caught on video. I was hit by a stray tire and suffered numerous injuries requiring surgery. We were under a bridge on the highway waiting for the rain to stop when a tire towing a 40ft boat went stray and hit me head-on."
