Salisbury Steak with Delicious Mushroom Gravy

This easy Salisbury Steak with Delicious Mushroom Gravy recipe is the best version I've tried thus far. You should try it and you will agree with me.
Ingredients:
Salisbury Steak:
1/2 onion, grated
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs / 115 g
1 lbs ground beef / 230 g
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 egg
2 Tbsp ketchup / 28 g
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce / 15 g
3 tsp Dijon mustard / 40 g
Gravy:
1 Tbsp olive oil / 15 g
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion finely chopped
2 Tbsp butter / 30 g
5 oz mushrooms, sliced / 140 g
3 Tbsp flour / 40 g
2 cups beef broth / 450 g
1/2 cup water / 15 g
2 tsp Dijon mustard / 28 g
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce / 28 g
salt and pepper
