What is a NPC? (we're not talking gaming here either folks)

A person who doesn't think for themselves or behaves predictably.
In real life, NPCs may repeat the opinions of others or be very predictable in conversations.

The NPC meme is used to mock individuals perceived as lacking introspection, individual opinions, or critical thinking and reasoning skills.

One who simply regurgitates a set of arguments and non-sequiturs bequeathed to them by someone else.
