We can find ourselves in these “suddenly” situations where our panic level rises quickly. My husband and I were walking back from a movie late at night and around 8 young people surrounded us yelling obscenities and acting really crazy. My husband said: Keep walking, don’t look at them, stay calm. All the while I was praying for God to protect us. We did the right thing, but God did His thing and caused the angry mob to lose interest in us and suddenly turn away.

What do you do when panic suddenly arises in you when you suddenly find yourself in a crazy situation? Do you pray? Do you ask God for what you need?

Just imagine you were the Israelites back up against the Red Sea with the desert on one side and the mountains on the other. Stuck! Ever feel that way stuck in the path of an advancing enemy? What did Moses tell them to do? Fear Not! Stand Still! Be Confident! Be Not Dismayed! God Will Deliver Us. Trust God!

Why is it we don’t ask God for help? We try to “do” on our own. We try to “fix”on our own and things get worse and the enemy is still advancing on us. As we yield to God, let go and let Him work, He does some amazing things. He actually split the Red Sea so the Israelites could walk across. God wants to intervene in our lives, He wants to do amazing things for us. All we have to do is Ask Him.

In a Crazy Situation? Ask God For Help! You will be amazed at what God does, it will be more than you could hope for or imagine. He is a great protector and provider, let God work for you. Ask God!
