Occurred on January 5, 2018 / Kapolei, Hawaii
Info from Licensor: "I was jogging when suddenly a truck plows over a fire hydrant into a light pole.
The shocking part was immediately after, the driver tried desperately to budge/flee scene in the same vehicle he had just crashed. Luckily a Good Samaritan intervened and got him out of the truck and subdued him until cops arrived and took him into custody. No one was hurt."
