Here is a demonstration of Michael Angelo Batio's "Monster Lick" that was from the first Speed Kills video. Its a great general arpeggio exercise at any tempo. Here is a take at 80 bpm and a follow up at 120 bpm. The first example is the 5 string arpeggio and the 2nd one is the 3 string. Each one goes through the Monster Lick progression.
