Biden Says the Situation on the Southern Border Is Not a Crisis

REPORTER: "Would you call the situation on the southern border a 'crisis'?"

BIDEN: "No but I would say we need to react. I've been pushing that on my Republican colleagues since I got into office. I think we have to make some major changes in the border, I've been pushing them. Prepared to make significant [inaudible] on the border. Negotiations going on the last 5 weeks, I'm hoping we get there."
