Two Kentucky Bills We May Want Changed

Matt Singleton and Zack Kendall discuss a couple of bills that we may want amended. One is a cybersecurity program proposal, which needs more safeguards put into it so that it is not used later for political weaponization. The other is a bill to have a Constitutional Amendment to expand the homestead exemption, which does not go far enough in opposing property taxes.
