The film is a mystery/drama set in East Los Angeles in 1999 and follows the story of Angel Lopez, a 21-year-old photo lab assistant who discovers a roll of film marked "RUSH" in the night drop box. As he processes the prints, he sees images that change his life forever. The film follows Angel as he becomes obsessed with finding out what happened to the woman in the photos and delves into the dark underbelly of Los Angeles at the turn of the millennium.

Starring Leo Llenas, Juan Javier Cárdenas, Alejandro Delgado, Laura Arias, Valente Rodriguez and Maria Conchita Alonso.
