Largest hospital in northern Gaza resumes work, but ‘health situation is dire’

Gaza locals and aid groups describe the conditions in the north of the enclave as catastrophic. The Red Crescent has now resumed its work in the region, and Gaza’s largest medical facility, the Al-Shifa hospital has reopened, but parts of the area are largely cut off from any humanitarian assistance and are in dire need of aid.
