One kilogram of potatoes
One tablespoon of salt
Olive oil
Three tablespoons of breadcrumbs (30 grams)
Two tablespoons of cornstarch (15 grams)
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of dried oregano
Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
(40 grams) of Parmesan cheese
One tablespoon of chopped parsley (5 grams)
A sprinkle of salt
Start by peeling the kilogram of potatoes and cutting each one into four wedges.
Place the potato wedges in a pot and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
Cover the potatoes with water and bring them to a boil. Boil for 12 minutes.
After boiling, carefully remove the potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Transfer the potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and mix well to coat them evenly.
Add the following ingredients to the potatoes in the mixing bowl:
Three tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Two tablespoons of cornstarch
Half a teaspoon each of chili powder, black pepper, dried oregano, and garlic powder
(40 grams) of Parmesan cheese
One tablespoon of chopped parsley
A sprinkle of salt
Mix everything together until the potato wedges are evenly coated with the seasonings and cheese.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the seasoned potato wedges on the baking tray, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the potato wedges turn golden brown and crispy.
Once done, remove the crispy potato wedges from the oven.
Serve your delicious crispy potato wedges with your favorite dipping sauce.
