WHY DOESN'T ANYONE TELL ME THAT THE AUDIO IS MUTED?????????

I just finished my second livestream of music video content for which there was no audio for the music I was playing and despite the fact there were several people watching the livestream, not a single person commented in the livechat to let me know about the audio problem. Are these even real people or bots because I don't know how someone can sit through and watch music video content without any sound?!
