Dinner after a days worth of fasting. I was going to make an elaborate sushi/sashimi dish tonight but I didn’t sit down to eat until late so I decided to scratch that. Tonight’s plate consisted of raw uncooked grass fed New York strip, wild caught Icelandic roe, 3 raw eggs, leftover chicken, homegrown peppers, wasabi, and white rice with a bit of butter. This is how I prefer to eat. It may sound strange to some people but who gives a damn. In a world where people eat fast food, raw meat seems more than normal to me. Food combinations like this digest remarkably easy and literally turn off your hunger. I will also consume a broad spectrum of plant foods after this meal before bed.
