The Courtyard and the Holy place and holy of Holies was designed by GOD and completed by man guided by the H.S. The LORD had given the instructions for the Priestly garments. In CH 39 those garments will be completed. They were to be worn by the priests who approach the dwelling place of the LORD on earth.
