Raising Testosterone through Lifestyle & Outside factors
In the first part of this video I went more in detail about how our social life and behavior could change our internal state and how it could affect our testosterone levels. This part will focus a lot more on lifestyle and how it can affect testosterone, because we know lifestyle is important, but I want to go deeper in why these things are the way they are.
