Sessions decision sparks confusion about future of legal marijuana in Ohio

United States Attorney General Jeff Sessions sent legal pot advocates into a tizzy Thursday when he announced his intention to rescind a trio of Obama-era policies that adopted a federal policy of non-interference with marijuana-friendly state laws. Medical marijuana is supposed to become fully available in Ohio this September. "They're taking away rights from states and putting it in the hands of the federal government," James Gould, CEO of Downtown-based marijuana firm CannAscend, said. "That's wrong."
