Marine Vet roughed up and illegally searched by thugs

Cops need to stop putting their hands on everyone for no real reason. Did they find any bud? No, so was this a Pretextual stop? A fishing expedition? Like ok hos insurance was expired and he didn't have the current card in the car. Write the tickets and let em go. But no they extended the stop over over made up probable cause. Makes sense, and again they risk these guys life and freedom by just grabbing them and roughing em up, their ptsd is a real thing and they can snap. It's sad that they would out them in those spots over really nothing. Let me know your guys thoughts.
