Without Prejudice UCC 1-308 (Discharging Tickets)

Here is some context on what you are watching when the video starts, I had already been pulled over for around 15-20 mins. The officer informed me that I was speeding and made an illegal right on red for failing to stop first. After 15-20 mins went by I began to think that this is way too long for a traffic citation. So I put my head out the window and threw my hands up to signal to the officer that I’m not on his time and that’s when I saw that he had 3 other units respond parked behind him and I couldn’t see that from the angle I was parked it just looked like lights at that point. That’s the only reason why I recorded this, I wanted proof that if something happened it was over an illegal right on red …. This is what followed once the officer came back to my car notice how as he's giving the citation he says my signature is an admission of guilt which waives your rights family! Pay attention to how his whole demeanor changes when he reads my signature as I sign Without Prejudice UCC 1-308 and immediately tries to get away from me !!!!!!!!
