Local bee farms usually charge anywhere from 15$ to 30$ for raw honey. Support your Bee Farmer and buy RAW honey. Don't support Corn Sugar substitute fake honey, they want you to have cancer and diabetes!

Side note: Check your syrups too. Read the label! Syrups in restaurants especially Sysco now serve bio engineered syrups! Use real maple syrup from Canada or Vermont.
