Magnet Fishing the OLD Canals of Wakefield - You Won't BELIEVE What We Found! We went magnet fishing in the Wakefield Navigation Canal near Eastmoor and found some interesting items. After dropping a neodymium magnet into the canal, we were able to pull up several metal objects like old gas bottles, a metal post and an HD box. No real treasure was found, but seeing what kinds of metal items can be recovered magnet fishing in this historic canal was still fun. The canal has a lot of history, so who knows what else could be found magnet fishing here. Let us know in the comments if you've ever tried magnet fishing and what you've found!
