Snake in Old Ranch House Toilet

Info from Licensor: "We were cleaning up an old ranch house that had set vacant for a few years and when the clean up began, water started flowing into the septic system. We suspect the snake had been hibernating in the septic tank when the water began to flow. The only way out of the septic tank was upstream through the toilet which is probably how it got in the sewer system in the first place when cold weather drives then underground for the winter. The Texas rat snake feeds on small rodents and birds and the old vacant house certainly had some mice in it."
