Judge Andrew Napolitano on the DOJ Second Amendment Preservation Act Lawsuit

Judge Andrew Napolitano is interviewed on Austin Petersen's show. Judge Nap explains why SAPA is constitutionally sound and that the trial court's opinion is one of the worst court opinions he have every read.

Judge Nap says, "The statute, itself (SAPA), is one of the finest demonstrations of federalism since Thomas Jefferson and James Madison dissented from the Alien and Sedition acts in 1798 by writing the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions..."
