The January 13, 2024 Update of Roblox Project Smash introduces the new Viking character. Viking costs $6000 of in game currency to unlock. Viking's 4 abilities are:
- Twin Rampage: a swift dual attack that resets your M1s
- Great Siege: swings your axe around to hit nearby enemies and drive them up into the air
- Earth Shatter: blasts the ground and hits nearby enemies that are on the ground, dealing damage and driving them up into the air with big knockback
- Skull Crusher: grab a nearby opponent, smash them into the ground for extreme damage, and then send them flying

Another aspect of Viking is that he has slower M1 attacks. This is a mix of a bad thing and a good thing. On the one hand, Viking's M1s are slower and thus harder to catch people, especially in a large melee. On the other hand, during a long combo of M1s, there's a longer time provided for your abilities to come off of cooldown.
