Storm Shield Forecast morning update 1/4/17
7 years ago
Scattered showers arrived right on schedule but are already drying up this morning. We'll stay warm today, almost 20 degrees above average, with a high of 73 in Bakersfield this afternoon, 70 in the Kern River Valley and mid-60s in the south mountains. Though we saw the air quality drop a few points, it's on the high end of the scale for unhealthy for sensitive groups, so we're still suffering through the smog today and tomorrow. Skies will slowly clear today so grab your sunscreen as it will feel like spring for a couple hours.
