DESCRIPTION:
The additional significance of the medications was that the Coventry City Council had tried to minimize the mother's psychotic behaviors and homicidal ambitions as mere depression, which they then attributed to my (unsubstantiated) abuse. That’s why Kirby only cited Effexor, a common treatment for depression. Aside from the Xanax, the ones she left out were common treatments for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, both of which are impossible to pin on me.

As I said to her the day prior, I’d submitted a 15-page supplemental of emails highlighting various medications the mother had admitted being prescribed to over the years and how she’d go on and off them and self-dose herself. Kirby reviewed those 15-pages and only noticed Effexor? Bullshit. Then she tried to excuse her (intentional) oversight by claiming it was understandable when the case file was 7,000 pages long. That in itself was dishonest. I'd made it easy for her and provided a supplemental that was only 15 pages. She did NOT have to review the entire case file.

None of this discounts that the mother indeed may suffer from depression. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. You cannot pin bipolar disorder or schizophrenia on me, which made citing those drugs inconvenient to Kirby's case. THAT is why Kirby stuck to just Effexor.

It was a pleasure exposing this barrister. Somehow she has a KC ranking (King’s Court) yet operated like an absolute amateur. Y'know why? Because the corrupt rise up the ranks. Is it any wonder the UK system is as screwed up as it is today?
