Vampire Speed

Showed this off on stream today, and added a bit of code to keep you planted firmly on the ground when you run down stairs and over hilltops.

We're gonna add some abilities to control your jumps better too... full powered flight controls if you get bat/bird wings, controlled jumps if you get little wings or something, and very limited control (like skydiving) by default.
