Over $1-B worth of military aid for Ukraine was poorly tracked –Pentagon

A Pentagon report concluded that more than one billion dollars worth of military weapons sent by the US to Ukraine were tracked properly by American and European officials and that nearly 40,000 pieces of such equipment were not adequately inventoried.
