In the video, a pride of lions who are thirsty are driven out of the river by an enraged hippo that abruptly emerges from the water.
Hippos and lions are two of Africa’s most hazardous animals. Despite not being one of the "big five," hippos are enormous, violent aquatic animals that claim more lives in Africa annually than any other animal.
In contrast, the lion is the largest of the big five creatures and is regarded as the king of all mammals in the African savannah. Although lions and hippos don't usually interact, you can be certain that there will be animosity between them when they do.
