After spending a lengthy time incarcerated, former kick-boxer and political commentator Paul Miller attemps to re-build his life upon release from "Arkham Asylum". Angry and unremorseful for the actions that sent him away, he continues the same way of life, returning as the Joker and spewing his tasteless ideologies.

Ostracized from society for his very vocal political beliefs and morals, only time will tell what Gypsys' future holds. As he likely remains monitored by the authorities for his extreme rhetoric, can he keep himself out of serious trouble, and how further will politics decend him into madness?
