The Grand Jury is the most direct way for We The People to investigate corruption and provide indictments when appropriate.

Kansas has some of the best Grand Jury laws in the U.S. A Grand Jury can be summoned by a petition of 2% of the voters plus 100. The first witness must be the person who originated the petition. All judges and prosecutors can be removed from the room when the Grand Jury is meeting.
