The wife of a U.S. Navy whistleblower speaks with The Canadian Independent to discuss her husband's leaked internal Department of Defense cardiac data, which gained widespread attention, and to speak about a military service member's declaration that aims to hold top leadership accountable for forcing the COVID-19 vaccine mandates on troops.

In November 2023, The Canadian Independent reported on Lieutenant Ted Macie, a Navy Medical Service Corps Health Administrator officer who gained viral attention for releasing cardiac-related data for active-duty fixed-wing and helicopter pilots from the Department of Defense internal database via a social media video. The data, verified by leadership to be true and accurate, revealed alarming increases in various heart-related conditions.

The data Lieutenant Macie revealed in his video showcased a significant rise in various heart-related conditions: Myocarditis surged by 151%, hypertensive disease increased by 36%, Ischemic heart disease saw a 69% rise, pulmonary heart disease experienced a 62% increase, heart failure skyrocketed by an alarming 973%, other forms of heart disease were up by 63%, and cardiomyopathy recorded a staggering 152% uptick. In his video, Macie explained that he derived these percentage increases by examining data from five previous years and compared it to 2022.

As a result of Lieutenant Ted Macie releasing the cardiac data video, he was ordered to remove it and is now under investigation, and therefore unable to do an interview with us. So instead, The Canadian Independent interviewed Mara Macie who is the wife of U.S. Navy Lieutenant Ted Macie, she is also running for Congress and has very strong knowledge of the situation involving her husband.

In the interview with Mara Macie, she discusses the cardiac data her husband leaked, the investigation her husband now faces for making the video and releasing this data to the public. She chats with us about a recent widely shared declaration letter supported by her husband and other active and retired U.S. service members, aiming to hold top-ranking leadership accountable for their actions regarding Covid-19 vaccine mandates.

Lieutenant Macie and his spouse have been vocal on social media over the years about Covid-19 vaccine mandates and adverse events from the shots. In our interview, Mara Macie emphasizes that while neither she nor her husband can definitively link the Covid-19 shots to adverse events, they question the lack of investigation into such a significant rise in these events. The absence of an investigation, in their view, is very suspicious.
