Doctor Who's Toymaker LOSES Evil Laugh Competition to a PUPPET!!!!

The evil laugh doesn't come naturally to some villains, but it seems to be an innate ability in evil puppets. The Toymaker competes with Doctor Horrible, the Toymaker's own puppet, and Conky from Trailer Park Boys for the most evil laugh. (FUNNY CLIPS)
