SMNI urges NTC to specify alleged violations, basis for 30-day suspension

Lawyers representing SMNI addressed the National Telecommunications Commission or NTC, and urged them to specifically point out the network’s alleged violations as its basis for its 30-day suspension on radio and free tv.
SMNI also submitted a motion for reconsideration regarding the suspension imposed by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board on two of its programs.
