Grayscale applied for an ETF to convert their Bitcoin Trust into a ETF before anyone else.
The SEC denied their application, so Grayscale took the SEC to court and WON!
It's nice to see this commercial, a finger in the eye to the SEC who did everything they could to protect the US Gov, Rich Bankers and Wall Street by keeping Bitcoin from becoming investor-friendly asset for as long as they possibly could.
