A judge has dismissed the lawsuit filed by the Committee for Marshall

Marshall rezoned 700 acres south of Michigan Avenue between 13 and 15 Mile roads for the electric vehicle battery factory. The committee sued after their petition to force a community vote on the rezoning was ruled insufficient. A Calhoun County judge dismissed the lawsuit on all counts yesterday. The committee plans to appeal.
