The Gilded Age First Watch Reaction S01-E09, The Belle of the Ball Is... #thegildedage

As a longtime fan of Downton Abbey, I am watching Julian Fellowes newest series, The Gilded Age, for the first time.

In The Gilded Age season 1 episode 9, the season finale, titled Let the Tournament Begin, the Russell household is hard at work with preparations for Gladys ball, Mrs. Russel is snubbed by Mrs. Astor, causing her to make risky changes to the ball, and Marian is all set to elope with Mr. Raikes.
