Parables of Jesus – Talk #5

In this talk we look at two distinct parables that, on the surface, might appear to be the same parable. One is found in Matthew 5:15. The second is found in Luke 8:16. Both parables draw an analogy to the commonsensical notion that, after lighting a lamp, it makes no sense to place it under a container and block the light.
