EXCLUSIVE: Canadian Pastor Imprisoned Over COVID-19 Stand Sues Government, Police, and Health Services
"None of the Albertans we defended in relation to the government's unlawful COVID mandates were ever convicted at trial. It was our experience in many of those cases which led us to believe that many of these prosecutions may have been politically motivated to prevent those who disagreed with the government and the unlawful mandates from speaking out and exercising their charter rights to freedom of expression," says Pawlowski's lawyer Chad Williamson inside the Calgary courthouse this morning.
