Metroid Prime Four: 5 Years in the Making
Retro Studios announced in 2019 that they were restarting the development from scratch, and it is now anticipated to launch in late 2024. The game's story will continue from where it left off in Metroid Prime Three, with Samus Aran dealing with the aftermath of her battle against the evil Metroid Prime and its impact on the galaxy. The game is expected to retain its first-person exploration mechanics and feature vastly upgraded visuals and gameplay.
