Prayer for the Ancestors

This beautiful, and never more important, prayer was created by Bert Hellinger. He is the founder of Family Constellation.

The family is the basis for every human being.
While it can be difficult for many, it is crucial to understand family dynamics, inherited illnesses, secrecy, trauma, and everything that originated in the family system. What is said here is not to condone inappropriate behavior.
Repeating this prayer often will slowly soften the heart and allow more understanding and acceptance of the self and others.
